Simply Succulents – Makeover Monday

Welcome to Makeover Monday (a couple of days late!)

 

Today’s card is a “stepped up” version of Sunday’s Simple Sunday card.  

To step it up, I added several elements.  Immediately, you will notice the sentiment that I placed on a die cut in the center of the card.  I also added a few extra succulents as well as some stamping in the background.  The stamp I used for the background is the “speckled” stamp from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.  I used Sahara Sand ink and stamped off first.  

One other addition to this card is a piece of Sahara Sand DSP in the background.  It can be found in the Neutrals 6 X 6 DSP pack.  It will be retiring in just a few days.
