Fall crafting doesn’t always have to mean bold oranges and deep reds! Today I’m sharing three gorgeous autumn cards that showcase a softer, more elegant approach to fall colors using the beautiful Amber Autumn Bundle from Stampin’ Up!
A Sophisticated Fall Color Story
For these projects, I chose a muted palette of Cloud Cover and Crumb Cake that creates such a serene, sophisticated look. The soft blue-gray of Cloud Cover paired with the warm neutral of Crumb Cake gives these autumn motifs a completely different feel than traditional fall colors – and I absolutely love it!
Three Projects, Multiple Occasions
I created three different projects to show the versatility of this bundle:
“Thanks” Card – Perfect for expressing gratitude with its beautiful pumpkin and leaf cluster.
“Autumn Wishes” Card – A lovely general fall greeting featuring acorns and oak leaves.
“Friend” Ferrero Rocher Treat Holder – A special dimensional gift box that perfectly holds a single Ferrero Rocher chocolate.
LOVE this! Your creativity continues to inspire me!!!
I would have not thought to use Cloud Cover with this suite, but I’m now inspired to not just try my using Cloud Cover for “Fall”, but also to try some other non-traditional colors for Fall cards.
