It’s Makeover Monday, and today I’m stepping up yesterday’s Simple Sunday card featuring the adorable Christmas Crew Bundle!
I kept the same cheerful red and white color combination, but added a few extra details and layers to give this version a little more WOW!
For the focal point, I die cut the snowman image with the coordinating die and popped him up on layers created with the Nested Essentials Dies. I love how these extra layers really make that cute snowman stand out!
The Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder adds plenty of texture to the Basic White background, while the red patterned strip brings in another fun pop of color. I finished the front with ribbon tied into a pretty bow and a few Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Sequins for just the right amount of Christmas sparkle.
And, of course, we can’t forget the inside!
I carried the design through by adding ribbon across the inside panel and embossing the top portion with the Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder. It’s such an easy way to make the inside feel just as special as the outside.
