Welcome to another Makeover Monday!
Today I’m stepping up yesterday’s Simple Sunday card using the Merriest Tags Dies and a few extra layers and details.
I kept the same festive Real Red, Granny Apple Green, and Basic White color combination, but added more texture, dimension, and embellishments to give the card a more finished look.
The stocking, candy cane, and holly images were colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. I layered the focal images over a textured circle and added the red patterned banner behind it for even more interest.
The embossed white background adds beautiful texture, and the red ribbon and embellishments finish everything off perfectly.
I also stepped up the inside of the card with coordinating candy canes, holly, and a Merry Christmas sentiment so the inside feels just as special as the front.
