Happy Simple Sunday!
Today’s card features the beautiful Wrapped Greenery Bundle, and I love how elegant this one turned out with just a few special touches.
I started by heat embossing the greenery in gold, then watercolored the leaves using Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow, and Cherry Cobbler. These rich colors are perfect for fall, and the gold embossing adds just the right amount of elegance.
The sentiment, “grateful for you,” comes from the Elegant Leaves Stamp Set and die cut using the Sweet Words and Labels Dies. I finished the front with a pretty gold bow to coordinate with the embossed details.
For the inside, I kept it simple and carried the greenery image along the lower corner. It adds a beautiful finishing touch while leaving plenty of room for a handwritten message.
I love that this card still has the clean and simple feel of Simple Sunday, but the watercoloring and gold details make it feel extra special.
