HALLOWEEN HELLO AND SUPER STAMPIN UP SAVINGS!!

The glitter ribbon is created by using two, side by side, strips of sticky strip. Simply pull of the “orange” top layer and sprinkle with orange glitter. This is the tip I shared in my October Newsletter. If you have not yet subscribed to my newsletter, you can do so here.
