EASTER LAMB FOR GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #GDP026

March 7, 2016
Uncategorized

7 Mar

Today I am playing along with the Global Design Project challenge.  This week it is a sketch challenge.  For those of you that struggle with design, start with a sketch.  You will be surprised with what you come up with.

Here is a closer look.

Who wouldn’t want to receive this sweet, little card in the mail??

JULIE’S TIPS:

  • Watercolor lamb with Aqua Painters in Soft Sky.  Add more color randomly for interest.
  • Add Silver Metallic Thread behind the lamb with adhesive.
  • Silver Foil strips down each side frames the image.
  • Add a coordinating lined envelope for a polished look.

Such a sweet card Julie. The image looks great sliver embossed then lightly watercoloured.

We are delighted you playing at Global Design Project this week.

So sweet, Julie! The foil adds a wonderful shine, but that bow! That bow is perfect. Love this card! Thank you so much for playing along with this week's Global Design Project sketch challenge!
