Marigold Moments is a two-step stamp set. I stamped the first image off, (solid stamp), before stamping on my project. Next, I stamped the detailed image directly over the first image. This time I didn’t stamp off to show the beautiful detail.
I repeated the two-step process on the inside of the card.
The second card has the same images, however I die cut them and added Dimensionals to elevate them over an embossed background.
On the inside of the card, I added a scalloped border and Designer Series Paper. I love how it looks!
Finally, my 3D item is a treat holder that houses a small bag of Hershey Kisses.

The projects are stamped with Memento and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I am thrilled to share with you my Makeover Monday project. I used the Cottage Rose stamp set and stepped up yesterday’s, Simple Sunday’s card.
To appeal to the avid stamper, I made several changes to my Simple Sunday card. First, I colored the Designer Series Paper with Pool Party and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers.
Next, I changed the color of the tag to Pear Pizzazz, wrapped the ribbon around the entire panel and added some embellishments.
The inside is stepped up as well.
Which card do you prefer?

The images are heat embossed with White Embossing Powder on Coastal Cabana and Soft Sea Foam cardstock.
I created the wreath by first die cutting the large scallop circle that you can find in the Give it a Whirl Dies. Next, I centered the “wreath die” over the scallop circle and ran it through the die cutting machine a second time.
I had so much fun creating the second card. The background is stamped with both the flowers and the leaves with Versamark and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder. I used Sponge Daubers to add color to complete the Embossed Resist Technique.
The final project is a unique treat holder. I have a roll of Life Savers inside the box.

These projects scream spring. They would make great cards for Easter or Mother’s Day as well as Birthday.
After stamping the images, I die cut the border using the Around the Bend Dies. Texture is added with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
Including Designer Series Paper to the projects adds interest.
If you need a quick gift bag, these bags are ready to decorate for a special occasion. They come in a package of 10 and are great to have on hand. I simply added a spruced up tag and a pretty bow to complete my project.
