I wanted to create a card that can be used for many occasions for my newsletter this week. I am in need of a card to send out for gifts that I received during the holiday season. I think this card will work perfectly.
The image is from the Free as a Bird stamp set.
I stamped the image on Shimmery White card stock with Stazon Ink and water colored the image using a Water Painter. If you haven’t tried water coloring, it is so easy and fun with our Water Painters. Here is a closer look.

Did you use the blender pens for your water coloring? I love this look. I have about a dozen blender pans, but I’m sure I will need more. I’m nervous about starting water coloring.
